Excellent Sharpener
Furnishing a home can get expensive, so I went for the cheapest option—bought all my knives from IKEA. They worked, but I paid the price with muscle soreness for days after slicing through a soft reindeer roast. After Bjössi sharpened the IKEA knives, I could slice tomatoes with the same knife that used to require brute force on reindeer meat. The Sharpest One in the Drawer
I had two Japanese knives that were quite expensive when I bought them ten years ago. They've been a great investment and have performed well over the years. With heavy use, though, a piece had chipped off the larger knife, and the tip was gone. Bjössi took both knives and restored them. He practically had to reshape the edge and recreate the tip on the big one—and now it looks like new. Both knives are ready for another ten years of use.Eva
